Apple Health & wearables
One connection. Every device you own.
Halden doesn't chase per-device integrations. It reads Apple Health, the place your watch, ring, strap, and food app already write. If it writes to Apple Health, it works here. That's the whole compatibility story.
01What comes in
Three categories. Your call on each.

02Why Apple Health
The neutral middle layer.
- Any watch, ring, or strap that writes to Apple Health is covered. No waiting for a brand-by-brand integration list.
- Your food logger keeps its job; its data just starts doing more.
- Workouts recorded in other apps show up alongside your logged sessions.
- Switch devices next year? Nothing about your setup here changes.
03Platforms
iPhone + iPad today. Android on the roadmap.
iPhone & iPad: available in early access. Deep Apple Health integration with per-category consent, real tablet layouts on iPad (a side rail and multi-column screens, not a stretched phone app), plus the web dashboard on any browser.
Android: coming. Health Connect support is designed and on the roadmap; it isn't available yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Your data stays yours. Health data is used to compute your readiness and plans. Coach sharing is a separate, per-category opt-in; see privacy & data control.
Plug in what you already wear.
