Halden

Early access

Be first in. Help shape it.

Halden is opening up to early users: athletes on iPhone and the web, coaches through the marketplace and portal. The honest status is that we're not on the App Store yet. Early access runs through invite-only builds, and the waitlist is how invites go out.

01The deal

What early access gets you.

The full product, today's honest edition

  • iPhone + iPad app: readiness, next-day plans with citations, on-demand plan adjustments, set-level logging, Apple Health sync, AI coach chat.
  • Web dashboard: analytics, the set-log editor, your own workout-template builder, goals, nutrition, and the coach marketplace.
  • Coach portal on web and mobile, including the workout builder and the day-by-day client planner.

A real say

  • Early users shape what ships next: Android support, coach tools, and analytics are all being prioritized with early-access feedback.
  • A direct line to the team, while the team is still small enough to answer.

02Is it for you?

An honest fit check.

Halden may be a fit if you…

  • Train seriously and want tomorrow's session to react to your sleep, HRV, and what you actually lifted.
  • Use an iPhone, and optionally a watch, ring, or strap that writes to Apple Health. A wearable helps, but a ten-second check-in works too.
  • Want to see the reasoning behind every plan: visible subscores, a plain-language rationale, and citations.
  • Coach clients and want readiness, adherence, set-level logs, and nutrition between sessions, on the client's terms.

It may not be a fit (yet) if you…

  • Are on Android. Health Connect support is on the roadmap, but it isn't available today.
  • Want a fixed program that never changes. Halden regenerates the plan every night around your recovery.
  • Need in-app coach messaging, payments, or booking. The coach side is data visibility and planning, not chat or billing.
  • Are looking for calorie targets or diet coaching. Halden imports nutrition for context and sets only a personalized protein target.
  • Need medical guidance. Halden provides general fitness guidance, not medical advice.

Pricing

Early access is free. Final pricing isn't set yet, and when it is, early-access users hear about it first, before anything changes. No card, no surprise conversion.
