Strength & fitness training

Log every set. Tomorrow notices.

Most workout logs are write-only diaries. This one is an input. Reps, load, RPE, a pain flag on your last row set: all of it lands in the engine that writes tomorrow's session.

01In the gym

Logging that keeps up with a real session.

Set-level, not session-level

Reps, load, RPE or RIR, duration, distance, rest, notes, plus pain flags, substitutions, and skips. The details that explain a session.

Offline-safe autosave

Basement gym, dead spot, airplane mode: log anyway. Everything syncs when you're back.

Fix it later on the web

A full set-by-set editor on the web dashboard, so you can review the session on a big screen and correct what fat thumbs got wrong.

Nine goals, your equipment

Strength, hypertrophy, endurance and more, with templates that adapt to your training age, available equipment, and days per week.

Start your way

Repeat a recent workout, start from one of your own templates, or start empty. Build templates on the web; your phone lists them and runs the session.

Coach work, in the same log

Workouts your coach assigned arrive with the full set-by-set prescription, coach notes, and a status you control (start, complete, or skip), sitting beside your private sessions, never mixed in.

02The feedback loop

What you log changes what you're asked to do.

This is the most concrete promise in the product, and it's tested end-to-end: seed a pain-flagged log, and tomorrow's plan keeps that movement pattern light.

  • Flag pain on a movement and that pattern stays light tomorrow, with technique and mobility work swapped in.
  • Skip half the session and volume gets trimmed, not piled on top of guilt.
  • Rate three sessions in a row easy and load nudges up.
  • A brutal or unfinished day shows up in tomorrow's plan, every time.

Pain flag on barbell row: pulling stays light today, mobility added.
