Halden

For athletes & lifters

Your data finally does something: tomorrow's plan.

You train seriously. You wear the watch, you log the food, and you know the difference between a good week and a cooked one. What's missing isn't data, it's a decision. Halden makes that call every night and shows you why.

01The problem

Serious training, run on guesswork.

Static programs ignore how you feel

Week 3, day 2 says squat heavy whether you slept eight hours or four. Progress stalls where the spreadsheet meets real life.

Dashboards collect, then stop

Your watch knows your HRV dropped. Your food app knows protein slipped. Neither of them changes what you do at 6pm today.

AI advice you can't trust

Generic chatbots improvise about your body. You need reasoning you can check: citations, subscores, and hard safety rules.

02The fix

A plan that answers to your recovery.

Connect Apple Health once. Check in when you feel like it. Log your sets. The loop does the rest.

  1. Connect & check in

Apple Health brings sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate. You add soreness and fatigue in ten seconds.

  2. Readiness is scored

A transparent 0–100 score from your last 14 days. You can see every subscore that feeds it, so nothing hides in a black box.

  3. Tomorrow's plan adapts

Harder when you're recovered, lighter when you're not, and built around whatever you've already got booked. Every plan comes with a plain-language rationale and evidence citations.

  4. You log. It learns.

Every set, RPE, and pain flag you log tonight measurably changes what tomorrow asks of you.

The loop closes every night. Your plan is regenerated, not reheated.

03Day to day

What that looks like in practice.

  • Wake up to a readiness score built from your sleep, HRV, and resting-heart-rate trends, with every subscore visible.
  • Tomorrow's session arrives adjusted: harder after three easy sessions, lighter after a pain flag, recovery work when the data says so.
  • Every adjustment comes with a plain-language rationale and citations from a strength & conditioning reference corpus.
  • Log sets in the gym: reps, load, RPE, pain flags. It all works offline and stays editable later on the web dashboard.
  • Plan not sitting right? Tap Adjust plan and it regenerates on the spot, optionally around a focus you pick: a body area, intensity, or session length. If nothing needed to change, it says 'already up to date' instead of pretending.
  • Train your own way too: repeat a recent workout, start from a template you built on the web, or start empty. Your coach's roadmap and your private sessions sit side by side, never mixed.
  • Want a human in the loop? Find a coach in the marketplace and share exactly the data categories you choose.
