Nutrition tracking
Nutrition that informs the plan, minus the guilt trip.
Keep logging food wherever you already do. If your food app writes to Apple Health, Halden reads it and puts calories, macros, water, and caffeine to work in your training plan.
01How it works
No new food logger. On purpose.
Imported, not re-typed
Daily calories, protein, carbs, fat, water, and caffeine flow in from any food app that writes to Apple Health. Manual entry exists as a fallback, not a chore.
A protein target that's yours
A personalized daily protein target of roughly 1.6 g per kilogram of bodyweight, the one nutrition number with the clearest training payoff. No calorie targets, by design.
Notes on the plan, not commandments
Tomorrow's session includes non-restrictive nutrition notes: a nudge on protein timing before a heavy day, never a punishment for yesterday.
A hard line on disordered eating
A dedicated safety gate strips restrictive and compensatory language from every response and answers with support and a referral instead. It's deterministic code, not model judgment.
02Why it matters
Protein, sleep, and load, on one screen.
The question is never 'was I good today?' It's 'is what I'm doing supporting the goal?' Seeing protein consistency next to training load and recovery is how you answer it.
